A small patch that fixes some pistols not having ammo in arsenal.

Due to this and the trouble it may have caused others, the following is added:
- More pistol variation to all rebel factions, including SURVIVORS.
- Limited count of M320s added to BSAA, with finite HE, white smoke, asphyxiant gas, and white illumination rounds.
- MP7A2 Folded (secondary sidearm) added to BSAA with JHP and AP ammo.

The reasoning:

The umbrella corps, over vanilla antistasi play is extremely difficult, while I didn't make the resident evil assets, most the equipment are tier 3-4 armor at all times, so further attempts to make initial play easier for BSAA has been made, different playstyles can be tended towards with the various starting rebel factions.

BSAA - actual global coalition paramilitary fighting force
Blue Umbrella - less equipped of the same
Survivors - barely escaping their quarantine zones, they start with almost nothing

BSAA is recommended for the easiest time against Umbrella, but for a more enjoyable, grueling, long term experience I will always recommend the Survivor faction as it's weaker than even vanilla antistasi insurgent starts!

- Removed IEDs from SURVIVORS Rebs faction.
- Removed infinite M14s & M24SWS from SURVIVORS Rebs faction.
- Infinite Makarov, and Melee Weapons added to SURVIVORS Rebs faction.
- Limited number of AKMs and M590 shotguns (10 each) & ammo added to SURVIVORS Rebs faction.
- Number of IEDs increased for BSAA & Blue Umbrella Reb factions.
- BSAA radio & GPS count increase by +5, so 10 total.
- M249 with 200 RND ammo added to the BSAA Arsenal at the start.
- BSAA and Blue Umbrella Reb factions both start with limited number of M72A7 rocket launchers.
- BSAA faction now starts with two Titan anti air rocket launchers, with limited ammo. USE them wisely.
- BSAA outfits have been tweaked slightly at the start, such as removing khaki components from arsenal.
- Rook pistols removed from arsenal for all starting rebel factions.

- Five Radios and GPSes are given to BSAA and Blue Umbrella at the start.
- Added Hard, Easy, Easiest nomenclature to faction difficulty when moused over.
