+ Added worn-out shorts for swimmers characters, so there aren't issue with nude mods.

Temporal Fix: Added Samurai Clothpants for _Shopkeeper, _Freedom_Fighter, and _Custodian

Added vanilla vendor list to some shops, so they get stocked on items added by other mods.

+ The Empire Fashion Shop: Added the 'armor vendor ronin/tech hunter' vendor list.
+ The Outdoor BBQ Shop: Added the 'just meat' vendor list.

Upped cats available at shops from 2.5k to 7.5k. So you can get 45k cats per run. It's big, but not so much that makes all other ways to get cats irrelevant.
