Fixed some issues with particles.
Added particles for all plants. Bubbles for Manga Rosa, smoke for other plants.
Partial compatibility with Alex Rendel's Caribbean Compilation mod

Fixed delete and shift + delete controls... They were counting one MR in RockIsland (questlocked)
Fixed a case of a cave entrance with MR not receiving a questmarker
