- You can now cancel a charge by pressing RELOAD during one.

Sound is messed up on the yowaddup TTT servers. it works perfectly fine on my own test servers so I don't know whats wrong with it...

a buncha short notice fixes.
- The bullet itself now properly deals damage
- ADS now has noticeable zoom, still no scope though
- Explosion damage reduced but is now much larger
