:: RAINCLOUD STATE ... fixed the issue where being KO'd doesnt remove the opponent's raincloud. turns out this whole time this wasnt working. i wonder if it's not working in usher's one either.

---EXPERIMENTAL VERY REVERTABLE changes---
-- MOST OF THE MOVES ... had damage lowered by like 1 or 2. or a bit more if it was excessive before
-- DSPECIAL ... startup slower by 3 frames (5 -> 8?)
:: DTILT ... base hitpause increased by 2 (8 -> 10) AND a new SDI multiplier of 2. idk, this is probably too much.
:: UAIR ... 2nd hit main hitbox now has angle flipper 3 (''Horizontal knockback sends away from the center of the hitbox'').

++ USPECIAL ... float movement slightly buffed
-- FSPECIAL ... startup slower by 3 frames (9 -> 12?)
++ FSPECIAL ... you can go into fspecial2 pretty much immediately now.
:: FSPECIAL ... it gets some odd extra changes:
:::: ... movement now uses a different easing curve. it ''reaches the destination'' faster.
:::: ... landinglag is now lowered to 4 (!!!), but...
:::: ... now, when you landcancel early, speed cap on landinglag is now loosened (carry over more momentum). combined with ràiné's lower friction, you get quite an extra speed to carry over to whatever you do next.
:::: ... however, when you use this early landcancel state, your FSPECIAL enters an extended cooldown for like 180 frames, that's 3 whole seconds. that's a whole risk babey.

so the initial intention was just to upload usher v1.9 as this weird echo fighter but i ended up delving into making some changes. these changes are entirely arbitrary and experimental, so feel free to ask to have it be just the way it used to be. im up for that cause this isn't usher. do let me know

why did i spend like 2 whole days editing all of the sprites???????
