Fixed Raw Stab momentum shenanigans
Raw Stab now sends into knockdown
Heavily buffed Greater Mantle momentum
Heavily buffed Upper Mane momentum
Upper Mane is now usable in the air
Fixed an issue wwhere Double Cuts would teleport the opponent into Seigen from literally anywhere after hitting it once (still not as good as Melee Marth grab)
Grimblade (both versions) are no longer hittable
Empowered Grimblade is now +2 on block
Halved the chip damage on Empowered Grimblades

- Free action Hunter's Will and Empower toggles
- Empower toggle needs half a bar of meter, give or take
- Empower Decay. Losing all empower stacks via this decay puts Seigen into a cripple state with decreased DI modifier, decreased knockback taken, increased damage taken, and the inability to gain Empower stacks
- Dodge Roll teleport added
- Character Codex added
- Dash Grab added

# Changes (General, non-specific):
- Overhauled damage profile
- Added proration values to most moves
- Minor block advantage changes
- Generally removed XY plots (with the exception of Vault)
- Reworked Grab.

# Buffs:
- Empowered Stab now hits f13
- Hunter's Will is now iasa f25
- Mantle moves slightly further forwards

# Nerfs:
- Removed minimum damage on basically everything
- Ravenous Herald is now f13 instead of f10
- Universally added hitlag to Seigen when parried
- Various movement nerfs to specials
- Raw Stab no longer has a slider, and applies momentum based on the opponent's position upon entering the move.
- Hunter's Will's DI movement is reduced
- Hunter's Will now uses an air option (and by extention, so does the free action variant)
