other bug fixes that aren't high priority and so will not be recieving a hotfix:
- fixed grab and supers not being usable after whiff cancel. (This isnt that important since whiff cancel is generally not that good, and any escapes you could perform with it are generally not via any of Seigens supers or dash grab)
- Fixed jumps not having sfx

enabling clash intros as of now gives seigen access to the crown used in the Dire Wolf skin, if the clash intro goes through. This is a very minor issue and a hotfix will not be released for this bug.

okay this update SHOULD address his damage, but i'm unsure of the results in the long run. Testing results return as things being good now tho

some notes:
- I have been unable to nerf his damage successfully. He just seems to do however much damage he so pleases. I'll be working on this for a good while. I apologize for said issue.

to those who read seigen's codex entry via Trimay's Character Codex mod: Wolfs Eye Bane halts the decay timer entirely for the duration of its active period, not just with movement.
