Version v0.72
- undo double sided material crap fix attempt (screw you shaders from github)
- disable specular highlights and reflections across all materials

Version v0.7
- rerender mini map
- fix missing respawn triggers
- hide TK2 boostpads
- remove offroad effect from sand to match game (resulting grass is inaccurately not offraod due to being part of the same mesh as the sand)
- add 2nd navigation path
- double sided certain materials (needs a different double sided option to be lit on both sides))
- fix music loop
