Updated to allow those without Machine Age to make full use of the mod without it breaking some events.

Now every time a crisis is defeated it shall recount the number to prevent updates from breaking previous versions.

Added an escape option to the on-crisis-kill event to prevent players getting stuck on a menu with no valid options. This shouldn't happen, but added as a precaution.
