-Tweaked FOV/Magnification for DIO-V, N7 RDS, and XT1
-Hopefully fixed the dot reticle this time

-All RDS sights can now switch between chevron and original dot reticles

-Fixed model offset for Trico MiniCon and QuickPoint S1
-Tweaked original dot reticle's size
-Tweaked ViewModelFOV values for all non-telescopic optics
-Removed pros & cons from every optic
