Added the original game's wall collision to help fix Out of Bounds glitches

Patched up an unintended broken shortcut at the bridge.

Bug Fixes:

~Collision Issues~
Fixed the collision issue for the Power Plant Fence Shortcut
Removed the collision for the leaves on the trees
Fixed Wall Collision for the School shortcuts.
Rotating Power Plant Cog now has collision.

~Other Things~
You can now visit Homer's Workstation without falling through the floor.
Various missing faces due to backface culling have been fixed.
Added missing columns to the cemetery.
Fixed an issue where if you go high above the finish line, it wouldn't count a lap.
