Broke something

-Replaced broken skybox "painted" texture
-Optimized skybox
-Optimized visleafs (as best as I could given the nature of the map)
-Tweaked lighting
-Improved shadow quality
-Improved teleporter logic
-Miscellaneous small fixes.
