Fixed green felt not displaying.

Moved image hosting from dropbox to imgur due to dropbox no longer supporting image hosting after 10/2016.

- Changed cover, concealment, smoke, and destroyed tank markers from based vertical ones to flat marker styles.

Changed wording on Cover +1 and +2 token tooltips to avoid confusion with rules page.

Fixed some tank Crew status tooltips.

Added tooltips to basically everything! You can now get an items type and stats by hovering over it.
Many items have had snippits of the rules added into them to speed up play.

The tanks and their info cards will now show all the stats and abilities when hovered over for a few seconds!

Tiny Tabletop Tanks has reached its release point and is considered in Beta.
I will continue to tweak it and maybe add minor things but all major items I wanted to included have been added.

Tiny Tabletop Tanks Operation Barbarossa Mod will be coming soon and will
be a sister mod to this one including lots of Russian tanks and a white felt winter table and snowy props. Look for it soon!
