Added collision mesh for castle walls. Changed collision mesh of castle bases to be hex tiles (same as terrain).

Added non-convex castle arch (with no door in it).

Added non-convex Marvel ruin with seperate wall piece.

Note that the Heroscape 3D figurines will not collide with non-convex props they will just fall straight through them. You must place a convex object on top of the non-convex prop for the figures to collide with. E.g. place Road hexes on top of the castle arch to support the figures.
