v1.00 Drop and Cost Tweaks, Added Descriptions

-Lowered cost for some missiles to equalize Cost/Damage efficiency
-Raised drop rates and smoothed the missile type gradient to increase drops as a source of missiles and increase the chance of higher missiles in each type category to drop
-Added useful info descriptions to each missile so the details of each missile are easily found - for once

v0.99 Third Rebalance Sweep

-Rebalanced Acceleration and Speed in all missiles
-Cruise missiles now have a 16km range
-Halved blast radii - blast range was a radius and was way too big for what i wanted. Now halved to make SOME sense.
-Fixed missile speeds - anything over 1000m/s ends up overwhelming the game's postition update resulting is odd missile paths a really poor hits.
-Fixed missile acceleration - This is where speed improvement comes in. All missiles had a 2-2.5 second acceleration time and turn rates. This is fixed:
-Swarms have a .25 second acceleration and turn rate
-Heavy swarms have a .5 second acceleration and turn rate
-Light guided have a .25 second acceleration and turn rate
-Heavy guilded have a .5 second acceleration and turn rate
-Cruise missiles have a 1 second acceleration and turn rate
-Dumb fire acceleration has been constrained neither accelerating too fast (over 1000m/s) or too slow (under 300m/s)
-Dumb fires are safer as they fire out of their blast range from your ship within a second.

0.98 Second rebalance sweep

Oops. I nerfed the low end missles too much.
-Fixed nerfed missiles
-Fixed explosion range now bigger! (Had it marked bigger and wasn't implimented.)
-bumped DPS back up to a normal 10k-100k range
-Prices adjusted accordingly
-Swarm missiles have a lot more damage
-DPS gradient is nice and smooth now.

Rebalanced:

-Cruise missile acceleration

I forgot to actually balance the missiles through DPS and cost per damage. Did so and rebalanced everything. You shouldn't exactly need a ship HP increase mod anymore but I think it makes it better. Damages went up and down, mostly down, fire rates increased mostly. Prices are more balanced now. Highest DPS is 75k. Lowest is 5k. Low end missiles less than 15k DPS. Midrange less than 30k DPS. High end above 30k DPS. Prices took a massive hit mostly though some of the higher end stuff increased.

Fixed All Game Starts. (Missiles are excluded by design.)
Removed EMP missle from wares file. (If you have a save you will still have it. It will still be unusable.)
Decrease Dumbfire missile reload times slightly for higher ones.
Increased Medium Guided reload times slightly.
Decreased Heavy Guided reload times slightly.
Rebalanced Light Swarm missile blast 40-80m, increase of 10m per level.
Decreased Heave Swarm missile blast to 160m.
Rebalanced All Guided missile blasts to 15m per level starting at 45m.
Guided missiles have about 40% the blast of dumbfire to differentiate. (45 vs 100, ect.)

Damage values rebalanced to be in line with vanilla.
Massively increased lower end prices.
Decreased high end prices.
Prices now on a gradient to help with missile swapping.
Prices based on a 500k 6mil Balor.
Damage based on a Balor.
Can fire two light guided missiles now.
Light dumbfire reload rate decreased.
Heave dumbfire reload rate tweaked.
Light Swarm reload rate decreased.
Light Swarm numbers and damage rebalanced for a 27k total.

Updated to 0.91

Complete rebalance of missile speeds and times.
Even blast radii, which are balenced better,
Swarms are now really fast and have 2x more blast zone,
Swarms have the proper flytime formula applied,
Swarms have 2/3 the damage of the same level guided,
Stars have doubled their speed,
dumbfires now have proper flytimes and should explode at 2km and 4km as they should,
switched light and medium guided to 6km and 8km flytimes, (will update text next version)
light guided have 50% more blast zone,
added celestialhornets to drops,
reduced low level missile drop amounts,
Increased drop amount spread,
Removed low level missile drops from capital ships,
Supernova fixed
Novas are a bit faster (100ms) and have 50% more blast zone
Cruise missiles have completely rebalanced movement and blast zones
