"Send everyone on vacation" won't appear if you are the only employee at your company ;)

- Employees who are working can't be send on vacation anymore
- bugfix: when an employees time is up, the time (negative) wont show up
- "Send everyone on vacation" doesn't send working employees on vacation anymore (bugfix)
