1. Added Contraband on Canteen : Spoon
2. Added Contraband on Canteen : Fork
3. Added Contraband on Laundry : Poison
4. Added Contraband on Visitation : Knife
5. Added Contraband on Visitation : Gun
6. Classified Lighter as Metal
7. A Canteen now requires a Toilet
8. A Security Room now requires a CCTV Monitor
