--Dissolve Monasteries decision no longer rewards Piety/Faith, and now requires at least 1 Monastery to be enacted. It now provides much more Gold, but costs 1 Magistrate per Monastery. Future Monasteries now yield no base Faith.
--Restraint of Appeals Decision now costs all of your Faith instead of a fixed amount, and costs the same in Prestige.
--The Religion founded via Restraint of Appeals Decision now becomes your State Religion.
--Henry's UA now only works with the Religion you founded or adopted as your State Religion, instead of with any religion in your Capital.
--Henry now only gains a WLTKD in all cities when completing a policy branch of conquering a Capital for the first time, and the WLTKD turns is now fixed.
--Removed the Culture Overview replacement. Unfortunately, this will probably conflict with JFDLC, and there isn't really an effective way to ensure full compatibility. Mods that include a Culture Overview replacement are going to overwrite the one included in JFDLC, which nullify some of the Relic and Film display. It's fairly minor, and nothing majorly functional will be lost, but for my civs, I want to maximise JFDLC compatibility, hence the removal of this file here and in future.
