Rerendered the map wih HDR and Rendered out cubemaps.
Envmaps and HDR will drain the performance, but i've minsculed the skybox and optimized the map a little more, so it should run far better.
Hopefully this might fix the scroll-wheel issue.

Daimyo's update.

Fixed nav_mesh up, now only around 2.7 mb
Reduxed spawns entirely and only utilized half the map (bridge is finale)
Terrorists spawn on most roofs, some balconies, and have playerclips to keep them from committing suicide
Antennas and dish props made not solid so terrorist wouldnt get stuck
Fixed many foliage and trees/poles rising out of ground.
Added land bridge that crosses water with nav_mesh work
Added 6-7 vehicles to fill in for empty space, this is still not quite enough but I didnt have time to do the nav mesh for many more vehicles.
12 Capture points, 1 cache, 13 spawns total
Lowered white walls so players can jump along side them.
Added in func_brush tower barriers for bridge, kills on trigger when player crawls up ladder (this happens on certain roof tops as well)
Fixed nav around buildings that were moved after nav_generate
Added block LOS to most vehicles, and near trains added block bullets as well
Added ladders to certain rooftops, certain ones are broken

Optimized NAVmesh, putting over 70MB of the map's filesize.
.bsp remain the same render, but a nameswap.
