-Modified the reference skeleton in attempt to achieve the old origin positioning without the visual of clipped clavicles.

-Fixed errors in item/hand sequences

-Manually transfered L4D1 animations to L4D2 rig to improve performance in joint movement.
-Manually animated Ulna, Forearm and Thumbroot helpers to reduce unwanted twisting in arms.
-Adjusted origin position to prevent the unwanted visual of clipped clavicles.
-Added unused fire animations
