I buffed it... now it fires 300 shells in a larger radius that deal more damage and its duration was extended 15 seconds.

Oberleutnant Volkerschild told me the 200 shells do no damage. I checked and saw the AOE damage was terribad, so I fixed that. Thank Oberleutnant Volkerschild for this update.
