Bug fixes:
- The script now works in creative mode also.

Changes:
- Filters are taken into account and separate conveyor networks. Fuel will not be moved past them.
- Added support for arc reactors and arc fuel from Arc Reactor Pack.
- Added the ability to support reactors from other mods.

Bugfix for a bug which stopped the process of balancing reactors when the script found a conveyor network with only one reactor.
