Interceptors and warships will no longer shoot down allied bombs.
Pihrana missiles have a longer lifetime to be more effective.

Interceptors only shoot down bombs while on defensive tactics, as intended.
GVFr Bes no longer builds Geb sensor bouys.
Reduced accuracy of fighter weapons against resource collectors by 25%.
Heatseeker damage against resource collectors reduced by 50%.
Ingame loading screen now renders as intended.
SF Mara cost and buildtime increased.
Reduced fighter primary weapon firing arc slightly.

Updated some localization strings
Fixed an issue with FS1 Vasudan voices
Hopefully resolved painful Out Of Sync issues with nameplates.
Sentry Guns now built in squadrons. Their per-unit build cost and time decreased.
Fixed very minor sound issue with Subspace nodes.
