Fixed bug with Terran Dragon causing horrible lag/desync.
Added Maxium unit cap for stupidly large games
The GTSG Cerberus no longer repairs itself.
Reduced bomb splash damage by 50%.
Added localization support and the Italian language.
Fighter weapons now less accurate at long range.
Slashing beams now more accurate close, and less accurate at long range.
The Aeshma is now the Shivan treb carrier, and the basislisk is a pure assault role.
AI now much less likely to spam quite as many bombers.
Add Observer 2v2 map
Add 2 slot observer 1v1

Fixed level having incorrect sun placement
Switched cost/buildtime of Hercules mk1 and hercules mk 2.
Fast Tracking Turrets researches no longer depend on bomb researches.
Capture ability researches no longer depend on cruiser design.

Fixed bug with FS1 Scorpion being able to subspace without cooldown.
Bombs now will not detonate on bomber shields.

Changed Leviathan attack style against munition to broadside.
Decreased Leviathan cost and buildtime.
Decreased Leviathan side armor damage.
Decreased Leviathan Subspace costs.
Changed Aeolus attack style against munition to broadside.
Decreased Aeolus cost and buildtime.
Decreased Aeolus side armor damage.
Decreased Aeolus subspace costs.
Decreased Fenris side armor damage.
Decreased field of fire for Hornet, Tornado, and Trebuchet missiles.
Trebuchet missiles now do 50% damage to resource collectors.
Changed Aten attack style against all targets to Frontal.
Increased Anti-Fighter beam damage against shields.

Interceptors will now prosecute bombs without needing prompting.
Reduced fighter & bomber accuracy against Sentry Guns by 40%.
Added visible AWACS bubble to easily show range of abilities.
Sentry guns and Subspace nodes now no longer improperly show a subspace recharge.
