This is a major overhaul to ensure compatibility with The Last Stand update

Notable changes:
- Fixed all obsolete voicelines in the generic menus
- Added special infected callouts
- Added a generic menu for all characters
- Enhanced generic menus with plenty of rare recordings for each character
- Rewrote the specific menus with working voicelines
- Added plenty of specific menus for all characters
- Combined specific menus into flippable menus to save keyboard space
- Added many UI improvements for ease of use

Generic menus:
- Grouped "Crushed" and "Pounced"
- Split back "Nice job" and "Taunt"
- Added more voice lines to "Swear"
- Added more voice lines to "Run"

Generic menus:
- Grouped "I’m with you" and "Go ahead"
- Grouped "Hurry" and "Run"
- Grouped "Nice job", "Hurrah" and "Taunt"
- Added "Heal you", "Heal me", "Hurt", and "Cover me"

Specific menus:
