Added infinite bags for all items.

Separated out the Necropolis & Neuhauser special track cards to make them easier to include in all scenarios.

Added a few snaps. The way the board changes for different player counts and scenarios prohibits the placement of them.

Moved around some things to make setup a little easier and more clear.

1.1 - Separated out the cards so that orientation's should remain consistent. This takes up a bit more table space initially, but will also help players who want to quickly pick out the special trains from each scenario.
