A quick and cheerful update that hopefully fixes the workshop submission in time for Black Mesa 1.0, which comes with much more interesting HECU AI behavior. Also adds CSM and godrays, if you're into that kind of stuff.

- Added pillars to block sightlines inside center tower.
- Improved node paths.
- Added missing cover nodes behind platforms outside base.
- Rose player start position.

- Added in missing cover nodes behind base platforms.
- Fixed NPCs getting stuck on ramps; this should no longer be a problem.
- The victorious team will now celebrate with an interpretive dance.

- Added cover to central tower to allow for better defense once a team has taken it.
- Added platforms in front of the base entrances for quickly moving between levels.
- Numerous info_node and info_node_hint changes. HECU should no longer get stuck on ramps as often as they used to.
- Minor cosmetic map changes.

Map now changes RPG values on map load, making RPG soldiers actually useful. (default values are 30 damage and 100 radius, changed to 100 damage and 250 radius (same as player values))
