Due to recent feedback, here´s a new update:

-Changed skybox from sky_dust to sky_cs15_daylight01_hdr;
-Re-did the underground section;
-Clipped the stairs;
-Added player clips;
-Added nodraw textures for performance optimizing;
-Changed the location of the buy zones for both teams;
-Added an env_sun;
-Added dustmotes to some lighting;
-Added a little bit of fog;
-Added some props and detail all around.
