Reupload after notice of some major issues.

- Made compatible with Buu342's Weapon Base
- Fixed a glitch with the ragdoll
- Fixed the texture being "dark" in gm_construct and other maps
- Fixed the famous bug with CS:S models, that certain weapons are under your feet
- Some more stuff I can't think of^^
