Added some BEACHES!
Added 1% land (36% now, 4% from my target)

Edited description:
What make this map outstanding from other alternatives?
1. There are reservoirs with water source
2. You can find beaches and build hiking trails
3. More flattened land without much sacrifice of original landscape
4. Good coverage of airplane and ship path
5. Ore, oil, fertile land can be found
6. Most region of Hong Kong are covered by 25 tiles (strongly recommended for all subscribers). Mayor can expand their city to south/west Lantau island and Shenzhen using 81 tiles MOD. LOL
7. The author aims to make it the best Hong Kong map in Cities: Skylines :D

added description:
About the City:
Hong Kong is a former British's far east colony with the title of "The Pearl of the Orient" and now a special administrative region of communist's China, which is one of the world's most open and dynamic economies.

The city is well known for its expansive skyline, low tax rate (Milton Friedman: an Example of the Free Market System) and extreme population density (7.2M population in 1,104km^2) .

Another side of Hong Kong:
The city also has a landscape rising from sandy beaches and rocky foreshores to heights of almost 1,000m, woodlands and mountain ranges covered by open grassland and a variety of scenic vistas rarely. About three-quarters of the area is countryside.

History [to be further edited]:
Historically, the city was a part of Sun On/San On/Po On County (Area includes Hong Kong and Shenzhen) under Imperial China's rule and sometimes a navy town (Tuen Mun 屯門 in Tang Dynasty).

In late Song's Dynasty, the place Kowloon is one of the last bases of the emperor.

After China's defeat in the First Opium War/Anglo-Chinese War (1839–42) against the British Empire, Hong Kong became a British colony with the perpetual cession of Hong Kong Island, followed by Kowloon Peninsula in 1860 and a 99-year lease of the New Territories in 1898. It was shortly occupied by Japan during the Second World War (1941–45).

In 1st July 1997, sovereignty was transferred to Communist's China under the 1984 Sino-British Joint Declaration, and now officially known as Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
