Reworked the Skill Reset NPCs to avoid an issue with certain custom classes gaining too many skill points from 'Full Reset'. It appears to be unbreakable now.

-Level 100 characters will now find level 125 Abysm Maps for sale. I did this mainly for multiplayer, where progress through the dungeon cannot be saved. I felt it was silly, for example, that a character in NG+++++ should have to go through 20 floors of mobs that are lower level than what they get in the regular game, every time they play.
-Put Abysm Map icon into it's own file, to avoid conflict with Unearthed Arcana (and possibly other mods), 'cause dude went and dug up that unused map icon that I had replaced. I have no idea if there are other conflicts.
-All bosses in Abysm dungeon are now my own versions, for better consistency when used with Synergies. My bosses will have considerably less health than Synergies bosses (of the same level), but now you won't get certain bosses having massive health pools (ironically, the 'lesser' bosses in most cases), while others don't.
-Weaker bosses have more health now.
-Minor balancing of boss spawn-classes for better variety.
-Many of the bosses drop better loot. Nothing crazy, just added standard Boss loot to bosses that didn't have it. Every boss should always drop a unique now.
-Increased sight distance of most bosses, to prevent easy sniping. Terrain will still make it possible in some cases, but I think that's unavoidable when placing Bosses into regular dungeon floors.
-Adjusted spawns on a few maps.
-Added 1 boss.
-Included 'Extra Chunky' (v5) mod by Abe.
