Added a mission parameter to control whether to use the TvT Build-Up game mode or to automatically build out a complete base on both sides of the bridge (default). Also added Zeus unit placement script - automatically places units on solid base surfaces instead of in the water.

Updated to v0.5.8. Added "Caverns", overhauled dungeon creation to significantly reduce "wrong" shapes, added random seeding, added single civilian slot as the Smoke Monster.
