Updated to RC1

-Redesigned BLU's first spawn, simplifying it to a more traditional spawn area.
-Moved medium pickups near Cap A from behind utility shed to in front of it.
-Reduced environment lighting to make whitewash's exterior areas less blinding.
-Moved item pickups in the courtyard before Cap B from behind the metal wall to closer to the attackers side, and increased its size to medium.
-Added crates in the cap B garage under the car jack to reduce sight-line.
-Improved visuals of spiral staircase in Cap B building that leads to upstairs.
-Improved interior lighting within cap B /C transition.
-Adjusted size of Cap area for point C to better match it to the hazard tape border.
-Enlarged windows on RED's Cap C sniper deck to allow players to jump through them.
-Finalized skybox details; improved displacements and removed clutter.
-Final overall artpass.
-Final overall easter egg placements.
