Better prediction for sound, added killicons, changed sounds (no longer ripped from l4d2), changed decal, deleted unnecessary leftover code.

Holdtypes also seemed to be broken, they are now fixed.

SWEP now uses c_models (courtesy of myself), fixed the swing sound.
