- Added trap door in corner building in downtown
- Restructured area under corner building to work with trap door

- Renamed to rp_downtown_v4c_v4_nc for ease of use
- Made Spawn around the fountain
- Added rocks at the end of the beach
- Added second floor to the PD
- Added ladder to connect corner building to the top of the big yellow building
- Changed ramps to steps in new apartment building by old spawn (Not fountains)
- Adjusted color of the sun
- Added button in flat area for admins that toggles the wall that blocks the tunnel from the flat area

Bug Fixes
- Fixed sidewalk poking through wall in Industrial area
- Fixed nodraw sliver seen in building near PD
- Fixed sidewalk height issue near gas station
- Fixed road texture issue by hotel in Rural area
- Fixed sidewalk texture mismatch in Rural area
- Fixed brush issue on hotel by fountain
- Removed uneeded/useless clip brushes in PD cells for toilets that didn't exist
- Fixed floor behind storefront being 1 unit below surrounding floors
- Made building heights consistant in Industrial area to prevent "flat" look
- Fixed some wrong textures
- Fixed brush issue in hotel

- Replaced Farmhouse in suburbs with more parking lots
- Added Sewers (back from v4c)
- Added car tunnel to connect Industrial to Slums
- Removed unneeded tunnel
- Removed billboards
