Fixed "Vomit Station" from being activated by damage like molotovs, pipebombs or grenadelauncher.
Added Lightweight Infected map to missionfile, to show loadingscreen

Removed every map but main map, to allow you to pick whatever map you want. This will decrease download size but also allow you to get ONLY teh maps you want
