Fixes mishap with missionfile, which effectively deleted the hand inspector.

Removed skybox maps from missionfile. So that the skybox maps are only visible when you actualyl get the skybox map addon.

Updated missionfile to accoodate new TUMTaRA_Surfaceprop map.

Made infected precache ONLY work on the infected map.
Apparently it causes crashes on the main TUMTaRA map (Couldn't replicate it on my end)

Updated script to automatically precache all infected models. This removes all lag related to "late precache".

- New layout. (rearranged, wider, longer)
- Removed concert props. There's not enough mods for it. They just hogged resources.
- Altered fade distances on weapons.
- Made all turntables stand still until manually turned off. This greatly reduces resource usage.
- Added tester to load medical cabinet props inside of it.
- Added other defib models (paddles and no-paddle body).

Added a "Hand inspector" melee weapon. Natively added as a spawnable object to TUMTaRA and TUMTaRA_L4D1.
All other maps require you to use the command "Give HandInspector" to get it.
Attack, melee bash and "Item hand" anims are used to test viewmodel mod hand rigging

- made "Vomit on" buttons larger
- Pressing "Use" on the bride witch makes her flip over, to test some witch mods.

- Reduced filesyze by making some texture lower resolution and swapping some textures out entirely.
- All item names are now models. entity names are "Names", allowing you to disable them via console if you want.
- All spinning items can now be paused with the button between the gatling and bornwing. You also have full control about rotation speed of these via cvar.
- added the boomer gibs
- changed color of all text models from orange to black, like the weapon spawner and infected spawner.
