#1 Added convar for grapple damage. #2 Fixed a bug in cl_rope_knives. #3 Made climb end height a bit higher (by request). #4 Tweaked climbing speed a little faster.

#1 Fixed view when dying. #2 Removed immersive firstperson and added Force firstperson Convar. #3 Added ability to attach ropes to all non-floor surfaces. #4 Added spawn-icon.

#1 Fixed grappling knife being able to attach to skybox. #2 Added 3 convars. #3 Fixed head when climbing (Might bug on some models).
