Edited out Scene so people with out the map pack can play it. If you have the map pack and want to play the scene then take out the "//" at the beginning of IncludeFile = Vault-Tec.rte/Scenes.ini in the index

Renerfed some weapons toughness so they are not almost unbreakable.
