Cities!

This update focuses on bug fixes and forging a more effective economy, as the ship are expensive and fragile till they get shields. I think the best way to do this is to make large cities that generate and exchange Rescources between individual buildings and nearby ships. This way when your allies decide to zerg-rush the nearest Hostile plant zone, they can respawn.

-Added several civilian buildings to space out factories and Military bases.
-Added several military bases that serve as point defence to keep your cities intact.
-Added a fixed factory.
-Added a Biomass generator block that is essentially just a solar panel without the size.
-(hopefully) fixed a bug where upon respawn, The other bombardiers turn hostile. Tested with the reasemblers and GACT's imperium mod active, as those are currently the most popular.

I lied. The nukes were hidiously imbalanced. This is a quick patch to correct that as well as lower the regen on the shields so you can take them down in a reasonable amount of time.

Added several new wepons and balanced some old ones.
-Reduced autocannon damage, Used to be able to wipe out a Tinker base with just four of those.
-Added a few Types of missile, including a weak-ish "nuke" (Shouldn't be too op, swears) and a napalm missile.
-Added a highly defensive "Rotational shotgun." I'm expecting lag from this one, but don't really know yet.
-Added a cheap Colony shield that doubles as an anchor, for all the stations you'll create.
-Added several ships using the new parts, lots of medium to small sized fighter drones.
-Added a "Smart Mine" wich is effectively just a really slow, strong missile.
-Nerfed the Volcano and Hurricane Weapons, reducing the number of fired rounds to (hopefully) reduce lag. They should still be effective weapons.
-Buffed the Tsunami's damage. It could barely take out a red (Fac 3) ship solo. As in, any of them.

Problems to adress in next version (Hopefully):
-Balance as usual, Prehaps nerfing the rotational shotty?
-Lack of workable armor.
-Make a new Thumbnail?
