Substantial lighting and logic update to Map A:
* Reenabled operation of the defense turret cotrol switch. Proceed with caution, Dr. Freeman.
* Removed a few headcrabs and ammo pickups hiding in the ductwork.
* Minor optimization tweaks.
* Prevented a number of NPCs (mostly security guards) from spawning bloody.
* Made some progress on a known issue where the guard near the radio would spawn without his coffee cup.
* Fixed a weird time-delay on the button controlling the forklift elevator.
* Fixed the forklift elevator starting sunk into the ground, and its underside remaning pitch-black.
* Fixed the system for loading the map through the "bonus maps" menu, on the off chance that anyone other than me actually uses that.

SUBSTANTIALLY improved all lighting in Map C, and made a few small fixes to accent lighting in B.

Completed the expansion of B Map! Hooray!

Fixed a large number of things in A Map, and added some entity logic.

* Made slight but visible alterations to all of the lighting. It should be less yellow now.
* Enabled a lot of entity logic and reactions from scientists.
* Fixed the fire doors not closing.
* Fixed the elevator effects playing when entering the map by stairs from Part B.
* Fixed a missing texture occasionally manifesting near the end-hallway entrance.

Many, many changes, mostly on B Map

* Added a South Wing to Admin 1, including a (currently closed off) maintenance access to the A Map ventilation system
* Added some utility corridors and bathrooms to the Central Wing of Admin 1
* Updated ceiling textures
* Added a prototype of the elevator control system. Currently there are no other elevators, so it cannot go to any other floors.
* Added a .bns file for the chapter, for those of you using dragon99919's Bonus Maps tweak.
