  • Fixed relative path bug caused by 1.0.0 release
  • Fixed bug where all Topic Visibility research items are immediately available when starting new game

- Changed to semantic versioning
- Changed Topic Visiblity Research cost to be formulaic (the costs themselves are roughly the same)
- Fixed bug where Company Notification would show after decline the move to level 2
