Fixed projectiles shooting through stairs

* Fixed map leaks which caused bounced lighting to not work(black lit spots on ceilings and walls).
* Replaced fountain in mid with an another building for performance, reduced sniper coverage and extra playability for other classes.
* Added many occluderes to help keep poly count at bay. Though, this costs extra CPU as visibility checking is done in real time
* Added area portals
* Added 2 small walls at 2nd spawn room for each team to stop intel room from being rendered from a far
* Increased cubemap resolution
* Raised the roof of the building between warehouse and mid above warehouse window level to stop inside of warehouse from being rendered from accoss the map
* Reduced VIS leaf count by a lot

The above changes have at least trippled the frame rates when tested
