Version 3:

1) Commander Red's Responses and Dialogue have been fixed and improved, showing new unique responses fitting for the Commander himself!

2) Fixed Red Ribbon Army First Response dissapearing when playing with other non-DBZ civ mods. Please let me know if this problem persists.

Version 2:

1) Worker Speed bonus corrected, now it gives 25% Construction bonus speed instead of accidentally making it 25% longer.

2) Plundering now correctly gives a extra bonus instead of costing gold to yourself.

Red Ribbon Army Civilization is released.
