Complete revamp to the updated version.
Everything has been updated, minus adding his mask to this version.

V2 FIXES:
Weight painted correctly: Fixed stretchy windsheilds and smokestacks, along with other areas.
TEXTURES UPDATED! The original was more cartoony textured compared to its new textures.
In-game images updated: Incap & lobby.
