Reworked first jump (30 degree angle to opposite side 30 degree angled track) to something that is easier and better for the flow. Fixed z-fighting on buildings in the second section (the trick is to make sure your whole level is within about 5000 units of the origin (point 0, 0, 0)). Added a killgrid, although it does not affect very much of the level. A few other minor things.

Added medals, changed difficulty from 'none' to 'advanced'

Fixed broken checkpoint near start, increased visibility of jump barriers, and fixed erroneous wrong way errors by replacing a road that was confusing the algorithm with a holo-road not made out of real track.
