- added cl cvar cw_kk_autopreset_delay in case you want to delay application of def. preset for whatever reason

- fixed preset not loading after switching from other CW2 weapon

- fixed preset on held weapon being toggled by spawning additional weapons with mouse3

Known issues:
- preset doesnt load when switching from CW2 weapon
