Mod detection has been added; this mod will not hook any lua functions if it detects the Community Balance Patch DLL, WHoward's Pick 'n' Mix DLL, the Community Balance Patch or City State Diplomacy for CBP. It will make no changes to gameplay and be virtually unnoticable.

This is to avoid a crash to desktop.
