Fixed some models missing textures.
Built the stringtable dictionaries to get rid of this stupid error :

Run with -stringtables on the command line or convar
stringtable_alwaysrebuilddictionaries enabled to build the string table

-quick reupload to fix an issue with the cfg file

-updated a bunch of models and textures
-added a bunch of healthshot and grenade pickups around the map for the Ts to use
-dropped the disco booth to the floor to prevent confusion on it being a ct area or not
-fixed an issue with helicopter blades
-added a healthshot dispenser in armory that is available on wardays
-armory door opens 1 second faster on wardays

-destroying the generator will also allow armory door to open in 1 second for Ts outside the armory, down from 5 seconds
-Theoretically fixed the bug causing players to fall through the helicopter. or maybe not. /shrug
-Jumprope now has a 1/3 chance to be locked at the start of the round. mega randomizer can bypass this restriction
-Added color correction to disco and the awp area to dampen the lights and keep the bulldozer shrouded in darkness
-Added more lights in cell block and climb
-Added a r8 revolver to courthouse
-A grate has been added below the water so the Ts still stand knee deep. The water just looks better now on max shaders

-HDR enabled, providing brighter lights
-improved shadows
-skybox raised and roofs added to multiple buildings
-placed playerclips in all non playable areas to prevent known exploits
-added a secret song to disco
-fixed the bug that caused ladder brushes to not render
-deepened the water in climb
-increased the audible distance of the armory sirens -not working atm
-added a generator to the top of armory that can be destroyed to disable the armory sirens
-portopotties are now locked until 9:45 because wardays in them suck
-the second phase of the teleporter will now cause shutters to close on all the windows. These also trigger during the automated warday.
-the helicopter blades will now kill you when spinning up
-the helicopter now shows the ramp down at all times as it used to
-lockdown damage is no longer reduced via armor. will now deal 20 damage per .5 seconds to everyone.
-removed named lights in disco, awp area, and armory as they no longer work
-added color correction to the awp room and disco to dampen the brightness for players inside those areas.
-added a r8 revolver to courthouse, cuz r8s suck.

-helmet is now given automatically when exiting armory, rather than by hitting the tazer button.
-on an automatic warday, the awp room will now be closed off.
-added the new revolver into the armory
-reduced the file download by a large margin. Let me know if this causes issues with textures/mode. (121mb down to 70mb uncompressed)
