- Fixed a typo.

- Trait should work now. (Due to limitations, the effects of the Science from Defensive Buildings don't go into effect until the next turn)
- Trait has been altered slightly, I couldn't get the promotion during war effects to work, so Sandy's Gun, Mounted and Armored units get stronger into the capital now.
